"Tategaki" is simply vertical writing, right? Is this another word that
should be added to the jargon of character set encoding, like
"mojibake"? Probably not...

According to TUS 3.0, §11.4, "...Mongolian is traditionally written
vertically top to bottom in columns advancing from left to right. This
directional pattern is unique among scripts for living languages."
