Thanks for all the comments on Tengwar. James, Tom and I have been discussing the mails offlist and deciding what the fix will be. I don't think we need further comments on the appropriateness of including it in what is billed as a Unicode demo page. I'll get back to you with the plan to address it. It is taking a little while longer than you might expect, as I have some other commitments (my day job).
As for the discussion of which languages a Hobbit can read and write, and what script they would use, it seems to me that would be a great paper for IUC21 if someone is up to it.
