For Norwegian, yes. This fact is recorded with the ISO cultural register, ans the info is available at http://std.dkuug.dk/cultreg/registrations/narrative/nb_NO,_4.5 It is also true for Danish, Swedish and Finnish according to the same registry. Kind regards keld Simonsen
