In UAX #9
document I really do not understand the embedding level of text, how to
determine the text level? please give me a sample including numeric number,
puntuation, Arabic, Latin and so on. Also I do not understand the
fourth example(text level decision) in page 16th, can you give me a
explanation? Help me please!
