No, it's not regular practice, AFAIK. But it may be the practice somewhere I don't know of, or done intentionally for artistic values. I will be very disappointed to find that it has been done mistakenly: publishers usually care a lot about these matters. BTW, I would love to see a screenshot. roozbeh
