I couldn't find any reference in books about such an angle. But it is an opinion of a Persian calligraph. It has something to do with the Golden Section (90�*0.618/2). The closer to this angle, the more beautiful is your handwriting considered to be (see Golden Section in Art). Vladimir Ivanov
