Someone on one of the Irish discussion lists forwarded the following 
text with translation from the Annals of Connacht. Unicode relevance: 
note the ".i." in the first sample which has been discussed recently 
on the list; it means "that is". Text is given in Middle Irish, 
Modern Irish, and English.
