If you want the padlock symbols used, fill out the forms, collect 
samples of them used in and propose them for inclusion in the 
standard. Don't waste your time or anyone else's trying to convince 
that they should be tested in the PUA. They are just symbols. If 
you've evidence that they are used and needed, use the regular 
process, please.
