Unicode enthusiasts, I have created a keyboard layout generator for the Mac OS, it generates 'uchr' keyboard resources, which can be used in Mac OS 9 (with Unicode script) or OS X.
As far is I know, it is the only publically available utility of its kind. The layout generator works as a web-based application, and generates code that you can paste into ResEdit or compile with the Rez command-line tool. Find it at: http://wordherd.com/keyboards/ --Alex
