There is no way with KO for A in hexadecimal; we must use JU, which
means 'ten', simply because this is the rule in the Japanese language.
Be sure to make clear the borders between rules in ordering system
of characters for each scripts; you'd better know there is no
symmetry between 'ABC...' and 'KO OTSU HEI...'.
