Whatever happened to Old Hungarian, aka Hungarian Runic, aka rovasiras? (sorry for missing diacritics) I can see a proposal by Mr Everson back in 1998 (http://wwwold.dkuug.dk/JTC1/SC2/WG2/docs/n1686/n1686.htm, http://www.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n1758.pdf) but I cannot see it in the above pipeline.
