John Hudson and/or Adam Twardoch (both list members) can probably direct you to excellent Unicode Fraktur fonts.
But, > - contains the mandatory ligatures ch, ck, ff, fi, fl, ft, ll, ſch, ſi, > ſſ, ſt, ß and tz, and handles them automatically. > ...ligation for Latin/Greek/Cyrillic can't yet be handled automatically with Uniscribe because Uniscribe doesn't yet implement OT features for these scripts.
