Well, free of charge to *read personally on the screen*, of course. You can't print the major versions yourself, Addison-Wesley must be asked for that ;) And you can't copy and paste portions of its text into emails for reference or discussion, as you can do with RFCs. You should retype it, which I find very annoying. roozbeh
