Tamil Unicode in Windows 95 and 98.
Now we can type, copy and paste within windows 95 and
98. Go to:
Click the button marked Unicode. Click in side the top
box of the two boxes and start typing.
Copy the Tamil text in the lower box. Paste into any
application such as Word, OutlookExpress, etc...
Way you go.
