Input methods for Vietnamese aren't all that complicated. No reordering is needed. The user simply needs to be able to enter two diacritics on a single base vowel. The set of eligible diacritics per vowel is small, and the correct order of entry is well-established. -Doug Ewell Fullerton, California http://users.adelphia.net/~dewell/
