A note for those interested in how CGJ may be used in font lookups:

In the current MS implementation (Office 2002, Wordpad, etc.) if CGJ is inserted immediately after a space character it breaks RTL directionality. So for the time being at least, any use of CGJ to affect rendering in Biblical Hebrew (where it is really proving very useful in a variety of ways) requires that CGJ always be preceded by something other than space.
