The code chart menu page at http://www.unicode.org/charts/ does not contain a link to the Ugaritic characters
However the Ugaritic chart exists and can be obtained by using the direct url http://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U10380.pdf.
I've just finished updating the index page in the charts directory so it now allows access to Ugaritic and to Miscellaneous Symbols and Arrows.
