Possible error in the Unicode code charts

The code charts tells that U+ACs-0308 Combining di+AOY-resis may be used for
indicating the +IBw-double derivate.+IB0-  I have only heard people calling this
the +IBw-second derivate+IB0gFA-is +IBw-double derivate+IB0- a valid name for this?
