and notice the spelling of "internationalization" (US spelling) and "internationalisation" (UK spelling) in that doc. The reason is to abbreviate is not because it is too long for Asian engineers like me to memorize it, but also because UK and US people often spell it differently and cofused Asian engineers like me.
