This issue has been flogged to death on both Typographica and Typophile over two days now. I think Paul's note that Microsoft are *not* removing the swastika from fonts where there is a clear Asian context is reasonable and probably the last thing that needs to be said. No one is trying to ban the swastika in all contexts, only in specific contexts or where the context is ambiguous.
