I don't, not at this stage anyway.
and various scripts from the Philippines: Tagalog (and its relatives) and Mangyan. The surviving Mangyan users seem to write it left to right when using paper, though.
Even when they are written from the body outward (when carving etc.), they are not read that way, so I wouldn't count that as a bottom-to-top script.
