Well, the Punic wars may not be over yet. But, I'd go with Fraser being just an oddball application of Latin caps for which we need a few new ones. Like the turned T and reversed K, which seem to have other uses, too. Fraser might need some special punctuation-style characters, or these might be treated as "ligature" presentation forms of existing Western punctuation. Best regards, James Kass
