I know this is a trademark, but the most wellknown graphic design of modern Tarot used for competition is the Tarot shown on the website of the Frecnh Federation of Tarot. Such Tarots are published by "Carta Mundi" (sorry this is a trademark, but it is the most frequently found in toys stores).
