How about bibliographies - does XeTeX handle Unicode in bibliographies at all? This has for long been the worst weakness of TeX and all TeX-based systems with respect to Unicode. I'm still keeping my bibliographic databases in 7-bit ASCII because of this. It makes me feel like I'm on some kind of eighties revival event.
