I see that they are not mixing Latin script with Greek script,
but they are coping some letters/symbols from Greek script renamed it Latin
with new code-point.

Why do you encourage them to mix Nagari script with Thai script?
Are you out of your mind?
Also you did not respond back with list of Indic languages yet to be
encoded.
Do you know the list of languages?

Or were you trying to be smug Pundit?

While answers to both questions seem to be "yes", any reason why you
want to create your own text layout application / library?

There are already enough libraries which do this out there.
