re-reading N4115, I see that the "...scaling of geometric shapes should be 
harmonized with rules used in TR25...", with no mention of vertical positioning

however, some of the Webdings/Wingdings shapes are shown in N4115 as unified 
with existing shapes, which do (or should) obey the positioning rules of UTR 
25  

so, in order to maintain the horizontal alignment of (some of the other) 
Webdings/Wingdings geometric shapes, they, too, will inevitably have to be 
vertically centred on the math axis
