Does HYPHEN BULLET have synonyms?

In Unicode 6.2, the HYPHEN-MINUS has the following NamesList values:

•       NamesList:
                = hyphen or minus sign
                • used for either hyphen or minus sign
                → (hyphen - 2010)
                → (non-breaking hyphen - 2011)
                → (figure dash - 2012)
                → (en dash - 2013)
                → (minus sign - 2212)
                → (roman uncia sign - 10191)

The HYPHEN BULLET, on the other hand, doesn’t have any NamesList value.

Questions: Shouldn’t HYPHEN BULLET be on in the NamesList of 
HYPHEN-MINUS? And shouldn‘t HYPHEN BULLET have HYPHEN-MINUS in its 
NamesList?
