I'm the one who posted to the Icon group a couple of months
ago looking for a simple XML parser. Nobody responded with
one.

So I have a dinky one that I wrote for myself, expanding as
I need more XML features. I have the intention of handing
it out (maybe contributing it to IPL) when it became
sophisticated enough.

It does not handle very much, and it has very little error
handling. But I will be happy to share it with anybody who
wants one.

If you produce a higher-quality version, I will likely be
happy to use it instead.
