Based on Art's recent request, I was thinking that maybe co-expressions were underdocumented, and then I was thinking maybe we should take stock of what all is available. People on this list are Liable to Know; can anyone help me identify some of these references? I will add pointers to useful resources to the Unicon book. Besides the Icon Book, there are:
* Shamim Mohamed wrote on coexpressions in the Unicon book chapter4, most of which is readily available at http://www.drones.com/coexp/ * Steve Wampler invented co-expressions, I bet he could point us at some UA Technical Reports and/or journal articles on them. * I think there are some Icon Newsletter and/or Icon Analyst articles on co-expressions, yes? I can help look up some of this stuff, but if anyone knows of anything to recommend, by all means, throw us out some pointers. Also: I am interested in folks' opinions on whether more is needed on coexpressions in the Unicon book. I am making a lot of fixes to the book right now, thanks to helpful feedback from many people; a new internet draft will hopefully be out before Christmas along with new binary distributions.
