I also encounter the problem reported by Joachim.

With a Windows binary dist, Unicon 10.0 (Beta-3) November 25, 2002,

cannot write to a logfile during compilation using the Unicon IDE.

This occurs with an Administrator account on Win/2000

Launching the Unicon IDE presents a console with the message,

"What, no binaries?
eh?" :)

Something missing in environment settings?

A CMD window command-line invocation of wunicon.exe seemed to work, as in:

cd \unicon\tests\posix

wunicon.exe select.icn

Then select.exe was able to run but failed to find "noop.bat"

so, I copied \winicon\bin\noop.bat into \unicon\bin .

Thanks for any ideas.
