Not as far as I know.

But the best way to do it for C is to use the new facilities described
in Udaykumar Batchu's M.S. report on an improved C calling interface,
which can be found at the bottom of the page on
http://unicon.sourceforge.net/reports.html.

This work would benefit from wider exposure.
