[Unicon-group] unresolved externs in iconx

I think the reason I'm getting the segmentation fault is because I didn't manage to create iconx yet.  The reason now is that I'm getting unresolved externs.  I have wincap removed from the link which may be why.  I don't know what wincap is but I guess I will try a google.
