In the tests directory, "make Test" runs the traditional Icon test suite, plus the POSIX extensions tests. ipl/gprogs/gpxtest is a useful 2D graphics facilities test. Basic Unicon (OOP) functionality must be working for a Unicon build to complete successfully, as unicon is invoked to build certain parts such as ivib and the ui ide. We need a broader test/validation suite for Unicon's other additions, perhaps someone will find the time to add and integrate to our existing set of tests someday.
