That's the answer, but not the solution :) (Which is why I cleverly
worded the challenge to providing a Unicon/Icon solution.) And yes:
procedure main()
write("South Dakota+North Carolina & South Carolina+Nort Dakota")
end
is a solution to this specific puzzle. Of course, there's, uh, some
problem with scaling this to the more general case where the list of
items isn't known in advance... (Which is why I was more interested
in seeing general solutions!)
