I did a quick check on GoDaddy Linux host.
There is no /usr/lib/*odbc* file.
I think it's safe to say that GoDaddy's ODBC
interface [if it exists] is different from your
Linux system.

I will try to discover how PHP connects on
GoDaddy system.
