I may have a look at this in a few weeks.  It would likely be with Ming64 work 
has a license for VS64.

If I do, I'll need some remote assistance at some point.  I've never built it 
on Win.

A short answer is: not that I know of.

I would be happy to advise someone; otherwise it might wait until a volunteer 
or a customer steps forward.
There appears to be a Mingw64, or a 64-bit visual studio product, that one 
could start from.
