what V12 are you referring to ? V12 Beta or V12 ?
The latest versions at http://sourceforge.net/projects/unicon/files/ are
V11.9.1 (2011-07-16) - No concurrency support
V12.0.0 (2011-07-14) - with concurrency support
Are these the ones you are referring to ?

to execute the program, closed and exited the IDE, restarted the
IDE, and compiled
and attempted to execute the other.
The OS for this is Windows 7 Professional (64).
I also noticed that though .icn files have Unicon icons attached,
the Windows Unicon
icon is NOT a Unicon icon.

The date of the first one was 10/24/2007. It is an 18 MB file.
If you want I will FTP it to you. It was the most recent one that
I previously found where I could get the IDE to work at all.
The other two are your latest 12 and 11.9.1.
