Well, it was a bit controversial, since technically it is an
incompatibility with Icon; Icon would convert that integer to a string and
generate its digits. And how many people need a short-hand for banging
from 1 to some number? But seeing as how its been documented for 7 years
now without adequate complaint about it, I went ahead and implemented !i
and put it into svn.
