re: gethostent, I'll give your define.h fix a try.

I have glibc2.19 source from GNU.
It does include gethostent.
In my searching, I found a remark that
using glibc2 (as in Mac OS X) eliminates
the need for libnsl.
I'll check that after I make glibc2.
