Hi all!
On the page 94 (chapter 6.4 SQL Databases) of this excellent book I found some inconsistencies in following:
"First, you need a SQL server that supports ODBC. You can buy a commercial SQL server, or use a free server such as MySQL (www.mysql.com) or PostgreSQL (www.postgresql.org)."
 
From my database experience when you say SQL server it confuses, because impicitly correspondes to MS SQL Server. You should use more neutral notation, for example, "SQL database server" or just "SQL database".

Look for the nightly builds. These are unattended builds so pardon us if you see errors sometimes, but we expect those to be at minimum. Please report any issue you see, we will fix as soon as possible.
