Bob, I hope this post doesn't get to you to late.  I have a 28 Salty
Dog that was a hull up restoration.  One of the things that I like
best about her is the hard top.  The guy who did the rebuild was a
marine mechanic with 40 years of experience.  He used a Tiarra hard
top.  It gives alot more head room at the helm.  The front legs line
up well but you will need to adjust the rear legs of the hard top.
Depending on your configuration you may need to either add of remove
part of the legs.  I store my PF1's on the underside of the hard top
as well as the life ring.  Handy and convenient.  I can send you
pictures if you like.
