NADA shows the average value at 24k, you look it up yourself and add options at NADA.com, my 1978 list at 30k with options, however I believe thats just a guidline and your boat could be worth more or less, my boat (1978 34 sportfisherman) was appraised for the insurance company 2 years ago and was appraised at 28k, since then it has had lots of remodeling work done to it and I would say its worth about 35k as it sits now, course a bank will only loan on book value or a certified appraisal.
