I would like to replece the aft windows on Sturdy Girl, our 1983 41YF, that is, the twin hroizontal wndows on the STERN of the boat. I have heard the white weather stripping is no longer available so I would have to use black or simply replace the windows entirely. I would like to replace the windows because then I possibly could have sliders which would open and close.
Has anyone reading this changed out these windows already and if so, was there an off the shelf replacement, fixed or opening, that fit the same hole? Or, perhaps someone knows for sure where the white weather stripping can be purchased so I can use this easier option?
