Speaking of zincs. I have a 1984 46'. Is there anyone out there who can tell me where all the zincs are in the cooling system, both fresh and raw on the engines?????? 671 ti's

It probably depends upon how tough the water you are moored in is, but I replace mine each year for sure. A little zinc is way cheaper than the alternative. My main zinc at the rear is even bonded to the copper elbowss on the exhaust system as well as to the prop shafts inside by a carbon brush system. This seem quite common in our area as I help a diver friend do a number of different boats each time out.
