The recommendation to clean the positive terminal and the connector for 4,6,or 8 cylinders, was spot on! It worked. Of course now the other tach is doing the same thing and it has to be cleaned. Why did I choose to do only one of them the first time...?
Here's a tip to temporarily stop further decay of the weather stripping around the rear windows of 36DCs and 41 YFs. Krylon makes a spray paint specifically for plastics. I taped off the windows and areas around them and applied about four coats. It brightened the stripping and most importantly stopped it from bleeding. Natuarally, it still looks chewed up but the appearance is definately improved. This paint is also great for outdoor plastic futniture. It comes in lots of different colors. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "UnifliteWorld" group.
