What make and part number spark plugs?  And check your numbers 11GPM
maybe 11GPH - hard to believe at 11 knots your burning 22 gallons per
hour total.  Hull computations show the need for only 110 HP at 11
Knots gas engines should only be burning 9-11 gallons total per hour
at that inefficient speed - Small Diesels would be burning 5-6 gallons
per hour total - Large Diesels 6-8 gallons total -  That 41' YF with
the hull extension outran the 36' because of the extra waterline
length.
