my sportfisher was leaking through the fly bridge screws backed them out and reset them leak stopped??

Other leak shows in the bathroom floor possibly from the back wall? Next one I think is from the kitchen table window facing the stern. I have new track base for the side windows (front doesn't appear to be leaking) but after sealing off both sides with plastic sheeting and duct tape they still leaked...... Maybe it could be leaking from the fly bridge? Any helpful ideas on tracking down leaks or specifics to uniflite leaking problems would be appreciated.
