I did exactly what Tedders explained, I pushed it up till the cracks
were closed then cranked it up just a bit more,when finished dont for
get to put a layer fo biaxel and epoxy where the strips meet the side.
I didnot put the extra weight back on the celing with the plywood, the
canvas shop put the head liner right on the mahogony strips.
