Hi Craig, I have a '61 19' Express. My boat does not have thick paint but still wears the origional gel coat. you can see a picture of it on this forum or go to fiberglassics.com and i have a profile page on there as well. It is pretty hard to find any literature on the smaller Uniflites I have discovered but they are an amazing little boat and I absolutely love mine. Mine is pretty much all origional having been owned by my grandfather since 1964 and is totally complete down to the ashtray. If you have any questions I'd be glad to help any way i can.
