If the risers were just replaced I would look for a bad gasket.  I had a
similiar issues and the white smoke was burning coolant.  Pull the out all
of the plugs one at a time and take a look at them.  See if one of them is
significantly cleaner than the others.  That would be the cylinder it was
leaking around.  If that isnt it we could try something else.
